REVELAS J:
1. In this matter the applicants claim certain outstanding  
monies   pursuant   to   their   resignation   from   the  
employment   of  the   respondent.    The  application   before  
me is uncontested.   The undisputed evidence before me  
was that for the period 1 November 2001 to 14 December

2001   the   respondent   owed   the   applicants   remuneration,  
leave   pay,   accommodation   pay   and   accommodation   and  
commission. The   first   applicant   who   testified  
motivated the amounts.
2. Accordingly it is ordered that:
1. 1. The respondent is to pay the first applicant an  
amount of R47   737,36.  
2. The respondent is to pay the second applicant an amount  
of R17   020,00.
3. The respondent is to pay the first applicant the amount  
of R16   000,00 as commission and the respondent has to  
pay the second applicant an amount of R16   000,00.
