GSA’S
DISCOVERY APPLICATION DATED 5 SEPTEMBER 2014
After having heard
the parties in the above matter the Competition Tribunal orders as
follows:
1. In relation to
item 2 of GSA’s Discovery schedule, Leica will provide an
affidavit as requested by the Applicant by close
of business on 08
October 2014,. The affidavit must, as agreed by Leica, confirm that
no further correspondence exists between
M. C. Breiers and
representatives of Leica regarding the distribution of Geomos
products.
2. In relation to
item 5 and 6 of the GSA’s Discovery schedule, the Application
is hereby dismissed.
3. There is no order
as to costs.
