JUDGMENT: APPLICATION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL

[1] On 26 August 2025, this court handed down a judgment finding the
respondent to be in contempt.
[2] The respondent seeks leave to appeal this court’s judgment and order.
[3] Considering the judgment, the grounds of appeal and the submissions filed,
this court is not persuaded that another court will come to a different
conclusion.

[4] There is also no other compelling reason why leave to appeal should be
granted.
[5] In the circumstances, I make the following order :

1. The application for leave to appeal is dismissed , and there is no
order as to costs .
