[1] Having considered in Chambers the application for leave to appeal filed on 23
July 2025 and the submissions dated 23 July 2025. I have come to a decision that
there are reasonable prospect of success that another Court may come to a different
conclusion than the conclusion reached by the Court a quo.
[2] Consequently, I make the following Order:
2.1. Leave to appeal is granted to the Labour Appeal Court.
