On 28 August 2018, and in the
absence of the applicant, this Court issued an order in terms of
which the settlement agreement
entered into between the parties on
13 March 2018 was made an order of Court in accordance with
the provisions of section
158(1)(c) of the (LRA)

.

On 19 September 2018, the
applicant filed an application for leave to appeal against that
order. It is not necessary to
deal with the merits of the application
in view of the fact that the application is clearly an irregular step
in the light of the
circumstances under which the above order was
granted. In the circumstances, the following order is made;
Order:

The application for leave to appeal is dismissed.
