[1] The
applicant seeks leave to appeal against my judgment of 13 June 2017.
[2] The
parties filed submissions in terms of rule 30(3A) on 4 July and 11
August 2017 respectively. This was only brought to my
attention
today, 6 December 2017. I don’t know why.
[3] I am
persuaded that there are prospects that another could come to a
different conclusion.
Order
Leave to
appeal is granted. Costs are to be costs in the cause of the appeal.
