J
Introduction
[1]
The
respondents apply for leave to appeal to the Labour Appeal Court
against the judgment in this matter
handed down on 27 January 2017.
[2]
The
respondents filed its notice of application for leave to appeal on
14 February 2017 and their written submissions
19 May 2017.
[3]
The
first respondent filed its opposition to the application for leave to
appeal on 28 February 2017.
[4]
The
respondents’ application for leave to appeal is opposed by the
applicant who filed his written submissions opposing the
respondents’
application on 24 March 2017.
[5]
I
have read and have carefully considered the respondents’
grounds of appeal and the applicant’s response thereto.
[6]
I
am not persuaded that that there is a reasonable prospect of another
court coming to a different decision.
Order
[7]
I
accordingly make the following order:
1.
The
applicant’s application for leave to appeal is dismissed with
costs.
