[1] This
is a Review of Taxation under Uniform Rule 48.
[2] The
costs in this matter were taxed and allocated on 18 March 2010.
[3] The
respondent notwithstanding that the above date of taxation was
arranged by the taxing master in consultation with the applicant’s
legal representative and with him, failed to attend it.
[4] The
respondent
does not indicate which decision of the taxing master is sought to be
reviewed.
[5] The
respondent’s
application does not contain an allegation as to which items he
objected to, does not contain the ground of objection
relied upon or
any finding of fact which the taxing master has made which he intends
to challenge and stating the ground of such
challenge.
[
6] Therefore
based on the above reasons the application falls to be dismissed. In
the result I make the following order:
